Kaudas isn’t just another dog food — it’s soul food for our beloved family members. Our task was to reinforce this message with a great design!
KAUDAS – dog food is soul food
We developed a set of versatile logos that feel playful and bold, yet modern and premium. Especially for European supermarket customers, it’s crucial to capture attention within seconds.
Logo set
To perform at the highest level in any scenario, we created a unique logo family with a wide range of variations — from a tiny favicon to a bold, full-scale logo. Only with this level of flexibility can a brand be ready for every touchpoint, whether it’s social media, point of sale, or an online shop.
More than a logo
But a complete brand experience needs more than just a flexible logo set. For Kaudas, we developed a premium brand world that includes images of adorable dogs, close-ups of the actual snacks, a clear typographic hierarchy, and of course, a custom icon set for each product line.
On the back of the packaging, the icons provide a quick overview of ingredients and product details — topped off with flavor-specific icons for each variety.
Colours
The key distinction between each variety and flavor lies in its individual color set, made up of two tones: a brighter base and a darker shade used for highlights and the logo. Together, all color sets form a bold and vibrant brand identity — designed to catch the human eye and tempt the dog’s tongue.
Design
